Auxiliary Storage

Living in a tiny space forces you to not only contemplate every item you own, but also where you put it. Getting creative in the garage area allowed us to neatly pack away some items into "long-term storage", as well as bring along some items that we carry just in case.

Things we may need in a pinch on the road, but wouldn't want to re-buy, are packed up and stored in harder to reach areas - suits, dress shoes, etc. Winter gear is also stored here, and is swapped out seasonally with summer gear like flip flops and tank tops. Our Mr. Buddy propane heater is also annoying to get to, but is only pulled out on exceptionally cold days.

By utilizing every square inch of dead space in the garage, we manage to bring more than we probably need with us, which ultimately helps us to remain more flexible in our travels.
